Monthly Plan: If you are on a monthly plan and decide Copyowl.ai is not for you, simply cancel your plan by managing your subscription settings. Once canceled, you will not be billed for the next cycle. Refunds for the current month may be considered on a case-by-case basis if you are still within the 7-day money-back guarantee window.
Annual Plan: Our annual plan supports refunds within 30 days, proportionate to your usage. If you cancel after the first 7 days but within 30 days, you may be eligible for a partial refund based on your usage. If it has been more than 30 days since you made the payment and you wish to request a refund, please contact us at contact@Copyowl.ai and briefly explain your situation. We will review your request and let you know if we can process a refund.
